If you had the opportunity, what computer would you want to hack?
The bad guy in Jeffery Deaver's new book THE BLUE NOWHERE is a hacker, a freaking
maniacal genius hacker, whose code name is Phate. Every computer user's greatest fear is
getting hacked by anyone, especially a guy like Phate. Yet at the same time many people
also have a fantasy of invading another computer. What computer would you want to hack?
For the Teenreads.com THE BLUE NOWHERE Contest, have some fun and describe your
fantasy hacking scenario.
To enter the Teenreads.com THE BLUE NOWHERE Contest, send an email to: TBRTeen@aol.com.
The subject of your email should be "Blue Nowhere Contest." In your email, tell
us what computer you would want to hack. After the contest closes, we will post a
selection of entries online. Please note that we will include your e-mail address unless
you request that we leave it out. All entries are due by June 1 at 12:01 AM ET.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents living in the 50
United States who are age 13 and older. The following persons and their dependents are not
eligible to enter or win: employees of Teenreads.com or The Book Report, Inc. and their
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families
(spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.
HOW TO ENTER: At any time while the contest is posted on Teenreads.com, send an
e-mail to TBRTeen@aol.com describing your fantasy hacking scenario. The subject of your
e-mail should be "THE BLUE NOWHERE contest". Teenreads.com is not responsible
for entries lost or delayed or not received for any other reason, or for errors in the
entry forms or the rules. Limit one entry per person. Entries must be received on or
before June 1, 2001, at 12:01 AM ET. Entries may also be sent by fax to
212-246-4640. If you send you entry by fax, be sure to include your email address, mailing
address, or fax number so that we can contact you if you win.
HOW TO WIN: One winner will
be randomly selected from all correctly submitted entries by the staff of Teenreads.com.
Entries must be received before 12:01 a.m. ET on June 1, 2001. Teenreads.com reserves the
right to announce the winners on Teenreads.com and in its press materials.
PRIZES: Teenreads.com will notify the randomly selected winner. The winner will
have 21 days after notification to respond for collection of the prize. The winner will
receive a copy of the book The Blue Nowhere by Jeffery Deaver.

If you are a winner, your personal information will be used only for the purpose of
