ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec). The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Teenreads.com or The Book Report, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.

HOW TO ENTER: Contest is open from 9AM on December 16, 2004 thru 11:59PM on February 15, 2005. To enter the contest, send in the entry form that can be found here:

HOW TO WIN: Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Teenreads.com randomly will select two (2) winners by February 22, 2005. Both will win ten (10) copies of LIFE OF PI.

PRIZES: Two (2) winners will receive ten (10) copies of LIFE OF PI.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS: Neither the Sponsor, nor the parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor the promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
