I'm into a few series right now. Of course LOTR, I've read that series twice. I'm also reading Ever World for the second time, its my favorite series. It's about a group of teens who get thrown into another universe by trying to save someone. They end up meeting many different people from different time eras, like Zeus, wizards, leprechauns, and similar creatures. Its really funny and exciting. Another series I'm reading is by the same author of Ever World, K. A. Applegate. The series is called Remnants. It's about a rock that destroys earth, but right before it does, 80 people are put on a space ship and launched into space hoping to keep the human race alive. They end up ! in an alien ship, which is where I'm at right now. These are all great books. I recomend them to anyone.

i read the books by Laurell K. Hamilton, Ann Rice, H.G. Wells, Isobel Bird, and a number of others. so far, the only book i have seen that has been incorporated into a movie is Interview with the vampire. i was not impressed after i read the book. most of the details that you really need to know, such as the background of each character, has been lost to the lack of space in a movie. what can i say, i would rather curl up with a book in my room, than curl up in a movie theater with a movie. but that's just me.

hi my name is ceri and im from New Zealand. my fav series is john Marsdens "tomorrow series". i've read every book twice. I love the way that its impossible to predict what happens next and the way he builds up all the different characters. I love the way I can relate to the charters in the book. the seem so real. I enjoyed then so much that I got my friends onto reading them and then enjoyed them just as much as I did.

I've been reading a series called The Claidi Journals by Tanith Lee. There are 3 books: Wolf Tower, Wolf Star, and Wolf Queen. They are all very good. If you like fantasy novels you will like these. I give them 4 *'s. The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot are wonderful. I just finished the newest book, Princess in Love. It had a wonderful ending. I give it 5 *'s

Latley I've been reading the Fearless series and the Left Behind series. I like the fearless because they're a little scary, but cool. I like the Left Behind series, because they put a new spin on something that I always thought boring.
funkymonkey1@erols.com
i like to read the sweep series by cate tiernan. It is very engaging and i love them.
Linzi51215@aol.com
my favorite book series are always fantasy, but not cute little sissy unicorn happilyeverafter ones
i like books like sabriel, lotr, and redwall cause stuff like that, magic and war are the total turning point in the whole life of the planets and worlds, and magic has all the power to destroy or defeat everyone.
AMERICANTATOR22@aol.com
I like to read all lurlene McDaniel novel and I am 12 years old and I read them to my 9 year old sister and she also enjoys them.
PurpleAngel1112@aol.com
I really enjoy reading the Lord of the Rings! The books by J.R.R. Tolkien are fantastic, I can't stop reading them. If you already are a big fan of the books, you should see the movies. The Fellowship of the Ring movie came out Christmas 2001, The Two Towers came out on Christmas 2002, and I think that Return of the King is coming out Christmas of 2003. The movies help piece everything together. This is really a fantasy, that everyone should at least try reading.

I read the PRINCESS DIARIES by Meg Cabot. They are really great books. They are now major motion pictures. I hope she writes more books like them in the future.

I love Fearless by Francine Pascal and Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter by Laurell K. Hamilton because even though you stick with the same characters book after book, they never get boring. Both series has kick-butt, take charge female characters.

My favorite book series is The Lord of the Rings. I love all the fantastical elements in it, but also I love the strengths and weaknesses of the characters. It shows how they grow and change. I also love this particular battle of good and evil because the ring embodies every evil of the world. My favorite character is Frodo. It's his task to destroy the ring and he is courageous, selfless, and thoughtful and has a certain wisdom about him. There is also a certain aspect of the trilogy that makes it seem like history rather than fantasy especially if you read all the books on the "history" behind it.

I'm 15 an I still read Baby-sitters Club books. Some people think it's babyish that I still bother to pick up a book now that it's now required for us to have a certain amount of books read by the end of the year. I guess I continue to read the Baby-sitters Club books because I like what they represent. Four girls trying to have a good time while helping others & learning things about themselves at the same time.
