The best recommendation that I have ever recieved was to read The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. It is absolutely the best book that I have ever read. It excites every possible emotion within me and Alice Sebold has a wonderful style of writing. It will make you laugh, it will make you cry, it will be a book that you will remember.

When I was 7 years old and my best friend handed me the first Harry Potter book- that was a life changing event for me, considering how obsessed I am now!

Also, last year when my friend reccomended Garth Nix's Abhorsen trilogy (Sabriel, Lirael, and Abhorsen)- they're some of the best books I ever read, and the best part is that Garth Nix came to a book store in my town so I got my books signed and heard him speak!

My friend recommended Abarat by Clive Barker to me. This book is fantastic for someone with an overactive imagination like mine. He has an amazing ability to pull you into a story and hold you there with a strong grip until you're finished. Barker is now one of my favorite authors and Abarat one of my favorite books

The best book recommmendation I got from a friend was The Wish List by Eoin Colfer.It's a great book about a girl who dies and is sent back down to Earth to help the old man she was going to rob. She did just the same about of good deeds as bad in her mortal life so she is sent down there to redeem herself. It's a great book with adventure on every page. the author has a hilarious way of looking at the devil!!!!!!

The best book reccomended to me by one of my friends was "Freak The Mighty". It is a book for kids and adults. Two boys meet and are best friends.One is small and smart, and the other one is big and dumb.They go on lots of adventures and always pretend.The small kid dies at the end. It's a good book.

When I was in 6th grade my teacher was talking about a book called a child called it~i never thought to look into it but then in 7th grade my friend did a report on the same book and she said it was really good and now im a freshman in high school and decided to look into it and it wasnt at the school library so i looked at the 2nd book and its called The Lost Child and so far it is a great book!!

The best recommendation book that I got from a friend was called Night's Child by Cate Tiernan. The book is part of a series, but its a super edition. There was a lot expression going on in the story that I can feel. I felt like I was in the story. The book was too hard to put down!

The best recomendation wasnt from a friend. My friend was approached by this women infront of a bookstore and she said we should look at the Louise Rennison series(angus thongs and full-frontal snogging) soo a year and a half later (1 week ago) i bought a couple of the books and i havnt been able to put them down!! thank god for strangers (lol jk)
