You know that feeling that you get when you run super fast or ace a really hard test? There is that rush of excited emotion, and smiling is unavoidable --- nothing in the world can go wrong. That is how I feel whenever I'm writing down a new story idea or start reading a new book. I have loved to dream up magical lands or disappear into a story for as long as I can remember. About a year ago I started my own book review blog but wanted to join Teenreads.com so I could learn about new books, meet other teen bloggers and learn how professional writers work. *Insert excited, bouncing, giggly emotion here*

Deeply ashamed of his nation's leaders, 15-year-old Knud Pedersen resolved with his brother and a handful of schoolmates to take action against the Nazis if the adults would not. Naming their secret club after the fiery British leader, the young patriots in the Churchill Club committed countless acts of sabotage, infuriating the Germans, who eventually had the boys arrested. Nevertheless, the boys' exploits and eventual imprisonment helped spark a full-blown Danish resistance.

Watch out, ex-boyfriends, and get out of the way, homophobic coaches. Tiny Cooper has something to say --- and he’s going to say it in song. Filled with honesty, humor and “big, lively, belty” musical numbers, HOLD ME CLOSER is the no-holds-barred (and many-bars-held) entirety of the beloved musical first introduced in WILL GRAYSON, WILL GRAYSON, the award-winning bestseller by John Green and David Levithan.

In the last year, he's paid close attention, as that funny little girl suddenly turned into a knockout. He didn't see much of Mackie during the summer that followed her near-drowning incident. But it's September, she's back at school, and Jeremy can't explain the changes in her. When Jeremy, who's falling hard for Mackie, starts to feel protective of her, keeping an eye on her as she makes her way through the woods and coves of the small Puget Sound island where both of them grew up, he sees things he finds hard to believe. Mackie is still Mackie, but she's also someone beyond normal human experience. So who is she? Or...what is she? One minute Danny was running from the cops, and the next, he jolted awake in an unfamiliar body--his own, but different. Somehow, he's crossed into a parallel universe. Now his friends are his enemies, his parents are long dead, and studious Eevee is not the mysterious femme fatale he once kissed back home. Then again, this Eevee--a girl who'd rather land an internship at NASA than a date to the prom--may be his only hope of getting home. Eevee tells herself she's only helping him in the name of quantum physics, but there's something undeniably fascinating about this boy from another dimension . . . a boy who makes her question who she is, and who she might be in another place and time.

I think the fire changed us – me and Dom. I think that’s how the boy was able to see us. Though he’d been there for every summer of our childhood, we’d only been stupid boys until then. Stupid, happy, ignorant boys. And what in hell would he have had in common with two stupid boys? But after the fire we were different. We were maybe a little bit like him. And so he saw us, at last, and he thought he’d found a home…

by Chris Van Etten - Fiction, Horror

To his horror, Cole soon discovers that someone has created a Wikipedia page for him, and included a date of death.
