Happy Birthday Libras! Before I go any further, I must confess that I myself am a Libra and thus anything I say praising our innumerable virtues should probably be taken with a grain of salt.
You MUST do something special for a Libra's birthday. Other signs may not want anyone to make a fuss over them, and Libras themselves may act like they don't want it, but they do.
