ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Teenreads.com or The Book Report, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.
HOW TO ENTER: The contest is open from 9AM on June 17, 2009 thru 11:59PM on July 14, 2009. While the contest is posted on Teenreads.com, you can enter by filling out this form.

HOW TO WIN: The total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Teenreads.com will randomly select five (5) winners on or about Wednesday, July 15, 2009. The winners will receive one (1) copy of each of the following books: EMILY THE STRANGE: THE LOST DAYS by Rob Reger and Jessica Gruner, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS #6: KILLER by Sara Shepard, PRISM by Faye Kellerman and Aliza Kellerman, and SEA CHANGE by Aimee Friedman (Retail Value: $67.96). In the event the Potential Winner is a Canadian resident, he/she (or, if the winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing mathematical question to be administered by mail to receive the prize.
