To celebrate the holidays here at Teenreads.com, we're kicking off our FIRST EVER Teenreads.com Basket of Holiday Reading and Fun Contest. From November 16th through December 14th, you teens can enter to win a "Basket of Holiday Reading and Fun." Five winners will each receive a basket that includes 10 books --- THE BIG SHUFFLE by Laura Pedersen, BLUE CHRISTMAS by Mary Kay Andrews, ELDEST LIMITED EDITION by Christopher Paolini, ENDYMION SPRING by Matthew Skelton, GLAMOUR'S BIG BOOK OF DOS AND DON'TS by Cindi Leive and The Editors of Glamour, GRACE'S TURN by Christy Carlson Romano, HATTIE BIG SKY by Kirby Larson, HOW TO BE POPULAR by Meg Cabot, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS by Sara Shepard, and THE SECRETS OF PEACHES by Jodi Lynn Anderson.

Along with the books, winners will find their basket stocked with the hottest holiday goodies --- a kit to make a gingerbread house, Ghirardelli Rich Dark Hot Chocolate mix, gourmet vanilla marshmallows, sweet-smelling cinnamon sticks, delicious Chewy Peps peppermint candies, adorable winter-themed cookies, a snowman-themed wooden tray and soft comfy fluffy socks (colors on this may vary from what is pictured).

To enter to win, read an excerpt from each of the featured titles and write us at Holiday@Teenreads.com to tell us which one(s) you would most like to read and why by Thursday, December 14th at 11:59PM. Be sure to include your name and mailing address with your contest entry. (Please Note: We cannot mail to P.O. Boxes.)

ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Teenreads.com or The Book Report, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.

HOW TO ENTER: The contest is open from 9AM on November 16th, 2006 thru 11:59PM on December 14th, 2006. While the contest is posted on Teenreads.com, you can enter by reading an excerpt from each of the featured titles and writing us at Holiday@Teenreads.com to tell us which one(s) you would most like to read and why. Note that all entries will be deleted from our email after the contest has been completed and no further contact will be made to those who have not won the contest.

HOW TO WIN: Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Teenreads.com will randomly select�five (5) winners on or about December 15th, 2006.
