Official Rules for the Getting Over Garrett Delaney Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 12 years of age or older. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Teenreads.com or The Book Report, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of each of the above.
HOW TO ENTER: The contest is open from 9AM ET on Friday, January 27th thru noon ET on Wednesday, February 22nd. While the contest is posted on Teenreads.com, you can enter by filling out this form and answering the following question:

All entries must be postmarked by Friday, February 17th and received by Wednesday, February 22nd at noon ET. Please use a physical address as many services do not deliver to post office boxes.
HOW TO WIN: The total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Teenreads.com will randomly select thirty (30) winners on or about Wednesday, February 22nd. Each winner will receive one (1) copy of GETTING OVER GARRETT DELANEY by Abby McDonald (Retail value: $16.99).
POSTING OF PRIZE WINNERS: Teenreads.com reserves the right to announce all entries and the winners on Teenreads.com. The prize winners will be listed on Teenreads.com by first name and city/state by Thursday, February 23rd.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS: Neither the Sponsor, nor the parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor the promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web Site or otherwise violating these rules. The Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind.
